Revit Concept Massing Model – Warehouse Site Options (Externals Only, Fixed Fee)

I need a simple Revit concept model showing 3 design options for placing a warehouse on a site. This is early-stage concept work only.

Scope:

External massing/envelope only — no internal modelling required
3 distinct siting/layout options for the warehouse on the plot
Deliverables per option: site plan, floor plan (outline only), and a simple 3D visualization (Revit render or export is fine)
Site boundary and basic context will be provided (CAD/PDF)
Native .rvt file to be handed over on completion

Fee & Terms — please read before bidding:

This is a fixed-fee project. Your bid is your final fee. Bids followed by requests for additional payment mid-project will result in the project being cancelled.
One round of minor revisions included.
Anything beyond the scope above (internals, detailed drawings, planning-level output) is not part of this project.

Timeline: 3 days from receiving site info.
