Revit BIM Coordination Expert

I’m about to enter the detailed coordination phase of a new high-rise residential tower and need a seasoned BIM professional who is fluent in Revit to keep the entire model tight, accurate, and construction-ready over the next month.

Your day-to-day will revolve around a live, federated Revit file that combines the architectural, structural, and full MEP packages. I’ll rely on you to:

• Build and continuously update the 3D model for all disciplines
• Run clash detection in Navisworks, generate reports, and drive resolutions with my design team
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs for procurement and site use
• Deliver clean documentation sets that match project naming conventions and sheet standards

Navisworks manage experience is essential, and a solid grasp of quantification workflows will make hand-offs smoother.

Deliverables accepted once the federated model, final clash-free reports, coordinated drawing set, and quantities spreadsheet are in my hands and verified against the latest design package.
