This project involves creating a custom parametric Revit family for a flexible façade lighting profile to be used on a skyscraper façade model. The lighting element will run along façade fins, and must be fully adjustable, accurate in quantity takeoff, and easy to place within the model.

Scope of Work
Develop a parametric light profile family with a base size of 18 mm × 18 mm square, including parameters to modify width, height, and depth.

Ensure the family supports flexible running length, allowing it to stretch or follow façade fins.

Integrate alignment and placement controls so the family can be positioned cleanly along vertical, horizontal, or angled fins.

Add a running-length parameter that automatically calculates total length for BOQ/estimation.

Provide material settings and appropriate visibility/LOD for different views.

Test the family inside the provided façade model to confirm smooth placement and correct behavior.

Additional Requirement
Deliver a step-by-step instruction guide explaining:

How to load the family into a Revit project

How to place it along façade fins

How to stretch/align the profile

How to read the running-length parameter
