Revit 2027 Master Template Build

I need a clean, professional-grade Revit 2027 master template (.rte) that lets me start any new architecture project with everything already in place. The template has to ship with three essentials baked in:

• Families and Components – a curated library of core architectural families (walls, doors, windows, annotation symbols, title blocks, detail items) organised in logical folders and loaded into the project browser ready to use.

• CAD Standards and Layers – view templates, line-styles, object styles, AIA-style layer naming, colour/weight assignments and pre-set DWG import/export settings so everything plots consistently from day one.

• Project Parameters – shared and project parameters pre-configured for scheduling, tagging and data extraction (room data, door/window schedules, material take-offs, sheet indexes, etc.).

Alongside the template, I also need a starter set of construction drawing sheets—think typical plans, sections and elevations—already linked to view templates so sheet creation is virtually drag-and-drop.

Deliverables:
1. Revit 2027 .rte master template with the elements above fully configured.
2. Example project file (.rvt) demonstrating the template in action, including at least one populated sheet set.
3. A brief PDF or DOCX outlining any custom parameters or naming conventions so I can maintain the file long-term.

Acceptance Criteria:
• Opens natively in Revit 2027 with no upgrade warnings or missing families.
• All graphics plot cleanly to PDF at 1:1 scale using the included print setup.
• Families conform to the naming and category structure in the standards section.
