Revit 2025 or lower version revit Office Model

I need an Autodesk Revit 2025 model for a compact, modern office building that includes a basement, ground floor, two upper levels and a roof. The scheme should read as clean, contemporary architecture with a glass-and-steel exterior façade.

Key design notes
• Main entrance positioned on the front-right corner.
• Basement to house parking and service rooms.
• Above-ground floors to accommodate reception, open and enclosed offices, cabins, a meeting room, toilets, pantry, staircase and a single lift.
• Energy efficiency is the primary performance goal; daylighting strategies and sensible wall-to-window ratios should shape the massing.
• I am open to your suggested overall floor area—we will lock this down together at concept stage.

Scope of work
• Architectural modelling only: walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, stairs and lift.
• Consistent room layouts across levels.
• Simple exterior articulation; no detailed curtain-wall mullions or bespoke panels required.
