Revise Permit Set Per City Feedback

The city has returned my plans with a short list of comments and I need the full permit set revised so it sails through re-submittal.

Scope of work
• Written content – Update every description, keynote and general note called out in the plans, incorporate the new compliance statements, and refresh the material specifications exactly as red-lined by the reviewer.
• Site plan – Insert a clear, scaled site plan that meets the latest submittal standards.
• Code check – Verify the entire set against the current code year the city is enforcing and flag any additional tweaks I may have missed.
• Electrical – Adjust the drawings only for wiring modifications; no outlet layout changes or panel upgrades are required.

Deliverables
1. PDF and original CAD of the revised permit set, including the new site plan.
2. A concise change log referencing the city comment numbers so the reviewer can see how each note was addressed.

I will consider the job complete when the document set is ready for immediate re-upload to the city portal and all comments tied to written text, wiring modifications, and code year have been fully resolved.
