Revise NSW House Drawings

I have an existing set of 2D drawings for a single-storey dwelling that now needs updating before the next submission. No extra floor area is being added, but several key changes must be reflected in the documentation so everything aligns with current NSW drafting conventions and residential codes.
Scope of updates
• Site plan / site analysis – add the new pergola and adjoining paved area in their correct location (I will supply the exact dimensions), adjust hard-landscape hatching accordingly and keep all other site information intact.
• Floor plan – clearly indicate internal demolition, show the new wall/door openings, and revise the affected room layouts while maintaining the existing overall footprint.
• Four elevations – refresh façades to show the altered openings and pergola roof line.
• Longitudinal or transverse section – revise to illustrate demolition cut lines, new openings and pergola attachment details.
Working method
I will provide the current DWG/PDF set plus dimensioned sketches of the pergola and paving. You overlay, amend and return a clean, layered CAD file (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or similar) and printable PDFs ready for council lodgement, using standard NSW title-block information, north point, scale bars and levels. Show demolition in red dotted lines and new work shaded yellow.
Acceptance
The job is complete when the updated sheets match the supplied dimensions, clearly differentiate demolition and new work, and read consistently across plan, elevations and section without altering the approved building envelope.
If you have questions about local drafting standards or need clarifications on the demolition extents, let me know and I’ll respond quickly so we can turn this around.
