Revise Home Layout & Dimensions

I have an existing residential floor plan that fits my overall style, but the internal proportions and flow no longer match my family’s needs. I need the layout re-worked—specifically, adjustments to room sizes and a thoughtful reconfiguration of how the spaces connect. No changes are required for finishes, décor, or structural elements such as window openings; the focus is purely on spatial planning.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• An updated floor plan (PDF and source file—AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) showing new room dimensions and positions
elevations, cut sections roof and foundation sheets, electrical revised

I can provide the current plan in DWG and PDF formats immediately. Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you foresee any timing concerns.
