Revise Existing Trust Document

The living trust is already drafted and signed; what I now need is a clean, professionally formatted revision that reflects recent life changes. Specifically, the document must show:

• Updated beneficiary information
• New trustee names
• Corrected property addresses and asset descriptions
• Revised distribution amounts for each heir

All of the above should be incorporated by editing the current clauses rather than adding new ones. Once you receive the original Word and PDF files from me, please mark the edits in track-changes first, then produce a final, signature-ready version plus a comparison copy for my records.
