Review STL for FDM Issues

I have an STL created by another freelancer that refuses to print cleanly on my brand-new Qidi X-Plus II (Qidi 5). Layers start well, then the nozzle seems to drift in XY and the part continues a few millimetres off-track. I also see plenty of unsupported overhangs that sag before the shift even happens.
What I need first is a clear verdict on whether the model itself is the culprit. Please open the file, examine wall thicknesses, overhang angles, bridges, and any hidden non-manifold edges. I’m only after advice right now, not a redesign, so keep the geometry intact and focus on diagnosing printability.
The most helpful feedback will pinpoint exactly which features are hard to print on an FDM machine and why. If you can highlight those sections—screenshots with annotations or a short video capture of your slicer preview would be perfect—I can decide whether to tweak the model, change orientation, or adjust support strategy.
Deliverable
• A brief report (PDF, doc, or annotated images) showing the problematic areas of the STL and explaining why they fail on an FDM printer, with any quick wins I can try in the slicer.
Feel free to use your preferred slicer (PrusaSlicer, Cura, Qidi Print, etc.); just mention the settings you referenced so I can reproduce your findings.
