Review & Improve Final House Plan

Architectural Review & Minor Improvement of Final House Plan

I am looking for an experienced residential architect to review and make minor improvements to my nearly final 453.5 m² single-storey house plan. I will provide both PDF and editable DWG files.

The house is for a family of five – two parents and three children.

The main concept must remain unchanged:

3 children's bedrooms on the east

Master bedroom on the west

Living room, dining and kitchen on the south

Technical/service rooms mainly on the north

Garage, veranda and future swimming pool in their current general locations

I do not want a new concept or major redesign. I want practical improvements to room dimensions, circulation, doors, windows, furniture layout, bathrooms, storage, privacy, acoustics and everyday functionality.

The house should have a flat stepped roof, with several horizontal roof/parapet levels of approximately 3.20 / 3.40 / 3.60 m, including proper drainage and provision for photovoltaic panels.

I prefer small, intelligent changes with high practical benefit, not a redesign of the house.
