I run a small B2B SaaS company incorporated in the US. We act as a processor for personal data our customers collect through our platform.
Our DPA, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have already been rewritten - EU SCCs Module 2 incorporated with the selections made, Annexes I–III completed, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Article 28 amendments. There's also a Clause 14 transfer impact assessment.
I'm not looking for drafting. I want a data protection specialist to review what exists, tell me what's wrong or missing, and give a view on the liability cap and the audit clause.
