I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day grind of job hunting so I can stay focused on sharpening my leadership story. With six years in SaaS Customer Success—including the last three building and coaching high-performing teams—I now want you to drive a targeted search that lands my next Customer Success Team Manager or Director position.

Here’s what success looks like to me:

• Roles you pursue: strictly Customer Success Team Manager or Director openings, never lower-level individual contributor posts unless I green-light them. Flexible with Senior CSM.
• Company profiles: early-stage startups or mid-sized, fast-growing SaaS firms where scaling CS operations is a priority.
• Work style: fully remote only.

Core expectations
– Source and track qualified openings that fit the criteria above.
– Tailor my résumé, cover notes, and LinkedIn messaging to each opportunity, highlighting my 6+ years in CS and 3+ years leading teams.
– Complete and submit applications on my behalf (using my email address and Calendly link where needed) and keep a shared tracker updated daily.
– Prep me for interviews with concise briefs on the product, team structure, and success metrics you uncover.

Acceptance criteria
1. A minimum of 20 high-match applications submitted each week.
2. An up-to-date tracker showing role details, submission dates, and follow-up actions.
3. Weekly summary call or Zoom video so I can stay aligned and provide quick feedback.

Tools I already use—Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite—are at your disposal, but I’m open to better systems if they streamline workflow.

If you have a proven record of placing CS leaders in SaaS environments and you’re ready to act as my personal talent agent, let’s get started.
