I still have a working copy of our old “export” utility--a small .NET Windows Forms program that pulls voice recordings from our recorder software through its SDK--but the original source code is gone. I need someone who can decompile that executable, clean up the recovered code, and then refactor the tool so it runs purely from the Windows command prompt.

Instead of the current dialog box, the new build must accept:
• a start time and end time parameter that define the export window
• a list of one or more phone extensions to filter the recordings

Everything else about the workflow stays the same: the program will talk to the recorder SDK, fetch the selected recordings, and drop the files into a local folder on the same server where the recorder software already runs.

You will also set up a repeatable development environment—Visual Studio (or another suitable IDE), compiler settings, any decompilation tools—so I can re-build the project myself later. I will supply remote access to the recorder server for integration testing.

Deliverables:
1. Fully decompiled and compile-ready source code
2. Updated command-line executable with documented parameter syntax
3. Step-by-step build instructions and notes on the required toolchain

I’d like everything wrapped up within a month, including a short hand-off session to walk me through the code and build process. We will provide the development Windows and the test operating environment.
