beehiiv is the all-in-one newsletter and creator platform powering the next generation of media companies and independent voices. We help creators and businesses launch, grow, and monetize newsletters—now serving tens of thousands of publishers and reaching hundreds of millions of readers monthly. With $30M+ ARR, 100% YoY growth, and a newly expanded product suite (ad network, website builder, paid tiers), we’re entering our next phase of hypergrowth.
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue among our GTM (Sales, Ads, Success), finance, and leadership functions. You'll drive the analysis that shapes what leadership does next: unit economics, cohort behavior, pricing and packaging inputs. You'll also own the systems that keep the business running predictably: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting inputs.
This is a hands-on seat that keeps HubSpot, reporting, and GTM systems clean, which is exactly what a company at our stage needs: one person who can keep the revenue engine instrumented and zoom out to answer the "what should we do next?" questions for the leadership team. You'll spend part of your week deep in dashboards, and part of it working closely with our COO to build models and memos that shape planning.
Ideally, you will have:
4-6 years in revenue operations, business operations, strategy & ops, or a comparable analytical role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or media/creator platform.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automations, custom properties, dashboards, integrations)
Fluency with data: comfortable writing SQL and working in a BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), plus strong spreadsheet/modeling skills
Comfortable working AI-native. You use tools like Claude to speed up analysis, build reports, and automate the repetitive parts of the job, not just the "run it once" reports.
A track record of turning messy data and ambiguous questions into clear recommendations.
Clear written communication: you can document a process or summarize a dashboard finding so someone else can act on it without a meeting
High ownership and low ego.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Drive the analysis behind key business decisions: unit economics, cohort behavior, pricing and packaging, headcount and capacity planning, turned into recommendations leadership acts on.
Own reporting on pipeline, funnel conversion, win/loss, retention, and revenue, so the company has one source of truth.
Be the subject matter expert on our revenue stack - tool selection, implementation, how our flows and prospect experience work, and what opportunities for improvement exist.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Ads, and Success leadership to design and build/improve the GTM process: lead routing, handoffs, quotas, forecasting cadence.
Spot operational bottlenecks before they become leadership's problem, and drive the fix.
Projects you can expect to own for the next 12M:
Support our new velocity sales motion: lead routing, tooling, and training for the team, plus all the ops work that comes with it
Own sales and ad network reporting (pipeline, forecasting, pacing, sell-through rate)
Own HubSpot hygiene across Sales, Success, and Ads, one clean source of truth for every team
Understand, optimize, and own our lead routing and prospect experience – how we capture leads, qualify and route, nurture, and maximize pipeline for Sales.
Refresh our GTM materials for sales/ads
Drive ad-hoc work to unstick stalled deals and speed up velocity
Support events: sizing opportunities and building prospecting lists ahead of time for the team
Own EOM/EOQ close, including ad network reconciliation with Accounting, and make it 10x smoother
Own our rev ops tooling stack: consolidate the sprawl and bring a strategic point of view
Own the ad network verification data engine and outbound strategy support (tooling, setup, maintenance)
Why this role might be for you:
Join a fast-growing start-up and a new team
High impact and high visibility
You're autonomous and excited about owning projects
Excited about new challenges and executing creative solutions
Why this role might not be for you:
Not a traditional 9-to-5 position
Need to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Must be comfortable with rapid iteration and frequent context switching
High expectations for both speed and quality
Must navigate complex organizational dynamics
