Revamp Restaurant 3D Interior

I already have a full set of 3D files for a fast-food restaurant, but the decor and furniture need a fresh eye. I want the space to feel modern, with a smart mix of communal tables and individual seating that encourages quick turnover without losing comfort.

Your task is to take my current models, rethink the furniture layout, update decor, colors, and finishes, and return photo-realistic renders that showcase a polished, production-ready concept. Please adjust lighting only where it supports the new décor; the architectural envelope and kitchen back-of-house remain as is.

Key deliverables
• Updated 3D model
• 4–6 high-resolution renders showing key viewpoints (entrance, counter, dining zones)
• One overhead layout image with dimensions for the revised furniture placement
