I already have a live loyalty points system, but members aren’t earning in a way that pushes them to buy more or stay active. I’d like you to examine how points are currently awarded, show me where the friction or weak incentives are, and then propose a clearer, more motivating earning model.

You’ll start by reviewing the rules I’ll supply, along with a few weeks of anonymised transaction data. From there, I need a concise report that explains what’s working, what isn’t, and why. The second part is a redesigned earning framework that feels fair, is easy to understand at a glance, and—most importantly—nudges customers toward additional purchases or engagements.

Please include practical examples (e.g., sample purchase scenarios) so I can see the impact of the new rules before implementation. I’m open to creative gamification ideas as long as they remain simple for users and straightforward for the development team to code later.

Deliverables must cover:
