Revamp My Animated Flyer

I have an existing animated flyer in MP4 format and need the text updated throughout. I’m still deciding whether a light edit to the current file will do the trick or if a full rebuild would deliver a cleaner result, so I’d like your guidance on the most efficient path.

What matters is that the final piece keeps the same dimensions and overall timing while delivering sharp, on-brand typography and smooth animation—no dropped frames or compression artifacts. Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) as long as you can supply the finished flyer in MP4 plus the editable project file.

Let me know how you would tackle the job, the turnaround you can commit to, and any best-practice suggestions you have for keeping file size reasonable without sacrificing clarity.
