Brochure Design Refresh
We would like to refresh the visual identity of our existing brochure based on the design of a catalogue we are providing as a reference.
Scope of work:
• Refresh the overall visual identity and design of the existing brochure.
• The attached catalogue should serve as the main visual reference for the layout, typography, colour palette, image placement, and overall look and feel.
• The text content should remain unchanged. We do not require any copywriting or content modifications.
• The existing content should be adapted to and incorporated into the new visual design and layout.
Cover photo:
• We would also like to replace the current cover photo with a new image.
• We are providing a separate visual reference/sample to illustrate the type of cover image and overall visual concept we have in mind.
• Please use this sample as a reference for the composition, mood, style, and visual direction of the new cover photo.
• The new cover should fit seamlessly into the overall design and visual identity of the refreshed brochure.
Images and graphic elements:
• We are providing all necessary photos, logos, and other graphic assets.
• Please ensure that all images used in the brochure are embedded directly into the Adobe InDesign (.indd) file, rather than being externally linked.
• The purpose of this is to ensure that the final InDesign document can be opened and edited without having to relink any images.
• Please use the logos and other graphic elements in the highest available quality.
Final deliverables:
• Final, fully editable Adobe InDesign (.indd) file
• All images embedded in the InDesign document
• Print-ready final artwork
• Print-ready PDF export
Important:
The goal is not to rewrite or modify the brochure content, but to refresh its visual appearance and create a professional, modern, and cohesive design that aligns with the look and feel of the reference catalogue.
