Reusable n8n CSV to MySQL

I’m building an automated import flow in n8n and need a reusable workflow that starts from a simple web form where I can upload a CSV. After the file is received, the workflow should parse every row, let me pick which CSV columns map to which MySQL fields through an easy-to-reach settings step (no code edits), and then push the data into the target table.

Key behaviour I expect:
• If a row is missing required data or contains an invalid value, the workflow should quietly skip that row, continue processing the rest, and keep a clear error log I can download at the end.
• All other valid rows go straight into MySQL in a single run.

The finished workflow must be easy to clone to new n8n instances and quick to adjust whenever the underlying table or the incoming CSV format changes. Please include brief setup notes so I can drop in my database credentials, point the web-form node to my site, and get rolling without touching the internal logic.
