I have a set of printed pages that I need converted into an editable digital file. Every word, line break, heading, table, and bullet must look exactly like the original, so accuracy in both text and layout is critical.

Please ensure:

• Text is retyped—so that it is completely clean and free of scanning errors.
• The visual structure mirrors the printed version: same fonts (or close equivalents), spacing, margins, headers, footers, and any bold or italic styling.
• Final delivery in a common editable format (Word, Google Docs, or similar) plus a PDF copy for quick review.
