Retype the pdf & some corrections -- 2

I have a batch of PDFs that combine text, numbers, and the occasional table. I need every element transcribed accurately into an editable format—preferably Excel for the numerical sections and Word for the narrative portions—while keeping the structure clear and searchable.

Once the transfer is complete, I also need a quick copyright sweep: highlight any third-party passages, note missing attributions, and add a standard copyright footer to each finished file so the content is ready for publication without legal surprises.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-formatted Excel and Word files matching the original PDFs
• A brief report listing any passages you flagged for attribution or rights clearance

Accuracy and a sharp eye for copyright details are essential; speed is welcome but quality comes first.
