Retype Printed Docs to PDF -- 2

I have a collection of printed documents that must be accurately re-typed and delivered as a clean, professionally formatted PDF. Every page includes tables that need to be recreated exactly as they appear on paper, with column widths, borders, and alignment preserved.

You will receive high-resolution scans of each printed page. Recreate the text verbatim, lay out the tables in Microsoft Word (or comparable word-processing software), and export the final file to PDF. Spelling, punctuation, and table structure must match the original; minor spacing adjustments for a polished look are welcome.

Deliverables
• One PDF file containing the fully typed and formatted content, ready to share or print.
• The editable source file (e.g., .docx) so future updates are possible.
