Retype Numerical Data into Excel

I have a collection of printed documents filled with numerical tables that must be captured accurately in a clean Excel spreadsheet. Every figure has to match the source exactly, with no transcription errors, so careful verification and, where helpful, basic cross-checks or built-in Excel validation rules are appreciated.

Your final deliverable will be:
• A single, well-structured .xlsx file containing all of the retyped numbers, laid out to mirror the original tables.

I will supply high-resolution scans of the printed pages as soon as we start; you simply return the completed spreadsheet.
