Retype Formatted Word Documents

I have a set of Microsoft Word files that need to be rebuilt from the ground up. Each original mixes body text with images, headings, and other special formatting, and I want every element reproduced exactly—spacing, bold and italics, image placement, page breaks, headers, footers—the works. When everything mirrors the source, export a clean, print-ready PDF for each file and send those back to me.

Accuracy is far more important than speed, but a smooth, timely turnaround is still appreciated. You can use Word for the typing and layout, and any reliable PDF tool (Word’s own export, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) for the final output, as long as the formatting remains intact.

Deliverables:
• Fully retyped and formatted Word file(s) for my review
• Final PDF version(s) that match the approved Word files pixel-perfectly

I will compare the PDFs page-by-page against the originals, so nothing can be missing or out of place. Let me know if any of the images or formatting details need clarification before you start.
