Retype and Edit Lecture Notes

I have a set of lecture notes that exist only as scanned images. They need to be faithfully retyped, thoroughly proof-read, and formatted so the finished product reads like a clean, professionally prepared set of course materials. Accuracy matters; equations, bullet points, and any marginal annotations in the scans must be captured exactly as they appear.

Please work directly from the images, type everything out, and correct obvious spelling or punctuation slips while retaining the author’s tone and structure. When layout features are ambiguous, flag them in a comment so I can clarify instead of guessing.
