Retype 50+ Pages accurately

I have a collection of more than fifty pages saved only as scanned image files. Every word on those images needs to be re-entered accurately into an editable file so I can revise and search the text later.

Here is what I need from you:
• Open each scanned image and replicate the text exactly as written, preserving spelling, punctuation and paragraph breaks.

Strong attention to detail is essential; I will run a spot-check against the originals to confirm accuracy. Let me know your estimated turnaround time for all pages and any experience you have with high-volume retyping from scans.
