Retaining Wall Deck Post Revisions

I already hold a fully stamped structural plan for a small deck whose two (of five) support posts need to bear on a concrete retaining wall. The original design did not allow for the grade changes on the site, so the current details no longer align with the new ground elevations.

What I need now is a concise 2 sheet update update to that plan—not a re-design from scratch—so the two posts, their footings, and the retaining-wall connection reflect the revised grades and any load-path changes. All other portions of the plan remain valid; I’m simply looking for the necessary edits, sketches, and calcs that let the city reviewer see the deck still meets code with the altered grade.

• Revised sheets (PDF or CAD) showing the new post heights, connection details, and any added reinforcement in the wall if required.
• Brief calculation memo or markup demonstrating capacity under the updated geometry.
