Retail Zoho Books Bookkeeping Support

I need a detail-oriented bookkeeper who knows Zoho Books inside out to keep my small retail operation’s accounts up to date on an ongoing basis. We average fewer than 100 transactions a month, but they span multiple countries, so you must be comfortable working with multi-currency ledgers—most entries come through in EUR and DKK.

Your core focus will be to:
• Categorise and post every transaction accurately in Zoho Books
• Reconcile bank, card and payment-gateway feeds each month
• Produce clean P&L and balance-sheet reports that I can forward directly to my accountant

I am already set up on Zoho Books; you will receive viewer access first and then full access once we agree on a workflow. Consistency and timeliness matter more than speed, so if you can guarantee books closed within the first week of the new month, we’ll be a great fit.
