Retail & Service Staffing Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced HR recruiter who can take full ownership of finding the right people for both retail and customer-service roles, whether the vacancies are part-time or full-time. I will rely on you to craft compelling job ads, publish them on the best-performing channels, screen every résumé that comes in, and carry out the first round of interviews so only the strongest candidates reach my desk.

You’ll be working across entry-level, supervisory, and frontline customer-facing positions, so an eye for soft skills and cultural fit is just as important as assessing technical know-how. Please be ready to track all activity in a simple spreadsheet or an ATS of your choice and to update me regularly with clear metrics: number of applicants, screening results, and interview outcomes.

• A weekly report summarising applicant volume, screening decisions, and interview schedules
• A vetted shortlist with interview notes for each recommended candidate
