I’m ready to move quickly into a customer-facing retail position with a grocery chain here in Rhode Island and need hands-on help turning applications into interviews. I will send you my current CV, references, and any personal details you need; from there, you’ll act as my behind-the-scenes coordinator—identifying suitable openings, completing online or paper forms on my behalf (with my e-signature where required), and keeping me organised so I can focus on interview prep.
Your day-to-day will involve monitoring local job boards, company career pages, and in-store postings, tailoring each application to match the role, and tracking everything in a shared Google Sheet so I know which hiring managers to follow up with. When an interview is secured, I’d like a brief coaching session covering likely grocery-store scenarios and customer-service questions so I walk in prepared and confident.
Deliverables (tracked weekly):
• A live spreadsheet of all roles sourced, status of each application, and next steps
• Completed applications submitted with confirmations or submission screenshots
• One mock-interview or prep call per scheduled interview
Success for this project means at least three interviews lined up as soon as possible and a clear path to my first offer. If you have experience placing candidates in retail or direct knowledge of Rhode Island grocery employers, let’s get started right away.
