Resume & Cover Letter Enhancement

I'm hoping to find someone who can do an excellent job of building up both my resume & cover letter.

I work in Healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist.

I'm hoping you can design something generic enough that it will work in most job situations but leave some strategic blank spots that could be filled in with small details so resume/CV can match specifically to whatever job is being applied for.

This will have to be a collaborative effort with 1-2 calls/video chats back and forth.
Maybe also give me some tips/tricks about how I can customize it to match with a given job when applying description/situation.

To show you've actually read through this:

1- Tell me 1-2 specific things a Respiratory Therapist should have in their résumé.
2- Give me a sell about yourself - why are you the right person for the job! 1 sentence is enough.
3- Let me know when you have free time in the next few days to make a phone call or video chat - IMO it is necessary to speak face to face for at least a brief time to accomplish this task.

I already have a resume & cover letter that is somewhat out of date - but a decent place to start.

Willing to pay a tiny bit extra for making a decent LinkedIn.
Willing to pay extra if you can translate to French.

I just put anything for the price - but tell me how much you would expect for doing such a thing.
No AI resume's; it's easy to spot & low quality.
