Resume Builder Auto-Apply & Certifications

I am enhancing my existing web-based resume builder and need a developer who can add two tightly-linked capabilities:

1. A certification section that lets users showcase professional, academic, and skill-based credentials with equal ease. Each certificate should capture the name, issuing body, date earned, expiry (if any), and allow file or badge uploads. The data must flow into every template automatically and remain editable from a single dashboard tab.

2. An auto-application workflow that submits the generated résumé directly to leading job portals through their public APIs or authenticated scrapers when no API exists. Users will pick jobs inside our UI, map fields once, and trigger bulk apply; the system must track status (sent, viewed, interview request, rejected) and surface it in their account.

Key expectations
• Web stack only (current builder runs on React + Node; open to improvements but must remain entirely browser-based for end users).
• Clean, modular code that I can extend; comments and basic unit tests included.
• Respect each portal’s rate limits and anti-spam rules. OAuth or token storage must be encrypted.
• Responsive UI updates so mobile browsers still behave correctly even though the primary target is desktop web.

Deliverables
• Certification module fully wired into existing MongoDB schema and UI.
• Auto-apply engine with at least three live job-board connections (Indeed, LinkedIn, and one of your choice).
• Short setup guide and recorded demo showing a user adding a certificate and bulk-applying to jobs.

Acceptance criteria
The feature will be accepted once a test account can:
a) add three different certificate types, generate a PDF, and see them rendered correctly;
b) choose a job on each integrated portal, press “Apply”, and watch the application status update to “sent” within one minute without errors in console logs.
