Amazon PPC Expert / VA – Results-Driven Seller Central Management
I’m looking for a proven Amazon PPC expert—not a beginner or someone who needs to learn on my account—who can take full ownership of my Amazon advertising and turn PPC into a consistent, profitable sales engine.
If you have a track record of managing significant Amazon PPC budgets, lowering ACOS, increasing sales, improving ROAS, and scaling profitable campaigns, I want to hear from you.
The objective is simple: increase daily sales and profitability—not vanity metrics like impressions or clicks.
I need someone who can jump directly into Seller Central, understand the existing account structure, identify what is working and what is wasting money, and start making meaningful improvements within days, not weeks.
What I Expect From You
1. Campaign Strategy & Management
Take ownership of the overall Amazon PPC strategy and execution.
Audit the existing PPC account and identify immediate opportunities, inefficiencies, wasted spend, and scaling opportunities.
Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns where appropriate.
Create highly organized campaign structures based on product hierarchy, keyword intent, match types, ASIN targeting, and profitability.
Work within defined budgets while aggressively pursuing profitable sales growth.
Develop strategies for both scaling winning products and fixing underperforming products.
2. Advanced Keyword & Product Research
I expect real keyword research—not generic keyword lists.
Use whatever professional tools you are experienced with, including:
Helium 10 / Xray
Jungle Scout
Data Dive
Amazon Brand Analytics
Search Query Performance
Competitor research
Amazon PPC reporting
Other advanced PPC research tools
Identify:
High-converting keywords
High-volume opportunities
Long-tail keywords
Low-competition opportunities
Competitor ASINs
Product/category targeting opportunities
Search terms generating sales
Search terms wasting spend
Keywords must be strategically organized and properly implemented into campaigns and ad groups.
3. Aggressive Ongoing Optimization
PPC management is not a once-a-week task.
I expect continuous optimization of:
Bids
Budgets
Placement multipliers
Match types
Search terms
Negative keywords
Product targeting
Keyword harvesting
Campaign structure
Dayparting, where data supports it
Scaling of profitable campaigns
Reduction or elimination of wasted spend
You should be constantly asking:
Where can we increase sales? Where are we wasting money? What can we scale? What needs to be cut?
4. Profitability Comes First
I am not looking for someone who can generate sales by simply spending more money.
Every decision needs to be evaluated against:
ACOS
TACOS
ROAS
Conversion Rate
Cost per Sale
Advertising-attributed sales
Organic sales impact
Overall product profitability
The goal is profitable growth.
If a campaign is generating sales but destroying margin, I expect you to identify it and take action.
If a campaign is highly profitable and has room to scale, I expect you to recognize it and aggressively capitalize on it.
5. Analytics & Reporting
I want someone who can read the data and make decisions—not just export spreadsheets.
You will be responsible for:
Daily/ongoing performance monitoring
Weekly performance reporting
Identifying trends and opportunities
Tracking campaign-level profitability
Identifying wasted spend
Measuring sales growth
Monitoring ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and conversion trends
Competitor advertising analysis
Marketplace and keyword trend analysis
Reports should be concise, actionable, and focused on what changed, why it changed, and what you are doing about it.
6. Listing & Conversion Optimization
PPC doesn't operate independently from the listing.
I expect you to identify listing issues that may be limiting advertising performance and provide recommendations for:
Titles
Bullet points
A+ Content
Images
Product positioning
Pricing
Promotions
Deals
Conversion optimization
You should be able to recognize when a PPC problem is actually a listing or conversion problem.
KPIs & Performance Expectations
Performance will ultimately be measured by business results, including:
Increased daily sales
Increased advertising-attributed sales
Improved ROAS
Controlled ACOS
Controlled TACOS
Lower wasted ad spend
Improved conversion rates
Increased organic sales where PPC contributes to ranking
Increased profitability
Improved market share
Impressions and clicks alone do not impress me. Sales and profit do.

Speed & Communication
Speed matters.
I want the account audited and actionable changes implemented within the first few days.
I expect:
Initial account audit
Immediate identification of major problems/opportunities
Initial optimizations within days
First performance assessment at the end of Week 1

Bottom Line
I am looking for an Amazon PPC operator who takes ownership and is accountable for results.
I don't need someone to simply maintain campaigns.
I need someone who can analyze, strategize, execute, optimize, scale, and continuously improve performance.
If you have a proven history of turning Amazon PPC into a profitable growth channel and are confident you can produce measurable results, apply with your numbers and let your track record speak for you.
