Restore Restricted Facebook Account

My Facebook Ads account is showing a “restricted” notice and all campaigns are paused until the case is cleared. I have already opened a support ticket and spoken with Meta chat support, yet they still haven’t explained the exact policy violation or given next-step guidance.

I need a Facebook advertising specialist who knows the ins-and-outs of Meta’s Business Help Center, policy appeal workflows, and identity / business verification checks. Your task is to identify the real cause of the restriction, handle the appeal process, and fully restore my account so campaigns can run again without further interruptions or future flags.

Background: I’ve been in contact with multiple Meta agents since February, but the issue remains unresolved. There was a flagged transaction where funds were taken and later refunded, after which the ad account stopped functioning.

If you have a proven track record of recovering restricted Facebook ad accounts, I’d love to hear how quickly you can jump in and what information you will need from me first.
