When I convert my Word document to PDF, several sections vanish—the body text in two chapters and a couple of embedded tables simply do not show up, even though everything looks perfect in the original .docx. I need someone who can diagnose why this content disappears and deliver a PDF that mirrors the Word file in full.
You’ll probably need to review the document’s styles, fonts, table properties, and any export settings in Word (or Adobe Acrobat/Microsoft Print to PDF) that could be stripping elements during conversion. If a layout adjustment inside Word is the root cause, please fix that rather than applying a workaround only at the PDF stage; the goal is a future-proof solution I can reuse.
Deliverables:
• Cleaned-up Word file (with any tweaks documented via comments or change-tracking)
• Final PDF that displays every piece of text and both tables exactly as they appear in Word
• A short note summarising what was wrong and how you resolved it
