goldmanagement.com.au has suddenly gone dark—no page, no error message, just nothing. I haven’t touched the code, content, DNS, or hosting settings recently, yet the site will not load at all. I can log in to the hosting control panel (cPanel) and provide full credentials immediately.
What I need from you right now is a swift diagnosis and fix so the site comes back online without data loss. You’re free to look at DNS records, Apache/Nginx logs, PHP error logs, database connectivity, SSL configuration—whatever you think is necessary. If this is a WordPress-specific problem, feel free to dive into wp-config, themes, or plugins as required.
Deliverables
• Site reachable at https://goldmanagement.com.au from standard browsers worldwide
• Brief summary of the root cause and the steps you took to resolve it
• Any short-term recommendations to prevent the same outage happening again
I can stay available on chat to supply passwords, test changes, or restart services as you need. Time is the critical factor here—please let me know your earliest availability to start.
