Looking for an experienced **timber flooring repair / restoration specialist** to assess and repair the existing timber floor in an apartment.

As shown in the photos, there are several areas with **dark/black staining, discolouration and deterioration of the surface finish**.

I’m looking for the **most practical and cost-effective repair solution**, rather than automatically replacing the floor.
