Mobile App Developer Required – Restaurant/Bar Software Integration

I am looking for an experienced Android / Mobile App Developer for a Restaurant & Bar Management Software project.

The main Windows-based software is currently under development. I am now looking for a mobile app specialist to discuss and estimate the development of two future applications:

1. Captain Pad App

- Waiter login
- Table selection
- Order taking
- KOT generation
- Send orders to the main software
- Table/running order status
- Multiple waiter/user support

2. Owner Mobile Sync / View App

- Running tables
- Total sales
- Item-wise sales
- Basic business reports
- Data synchronization with the main software

The main software will have a database and will need proper API-based communication and secure data synchronization with the mobile applications.

At this stage, I am not looking to start development immediately. I want to discuss the technical approach and get an approximate budget, timeline and development plan from an experienced developer.
