Responsive WordPress Site -- 2

I need a developer who can take my Figma vision and turn it into a fast, fully responsive site with custom layouts and true dynamic content. I already have clear visual references for the look and feel; once we start talking I’ll pass those links over so you can translate them without losing any detail or polish.
