I need a clean, fast-loading website whose single goal is to showcase my web-development projects. The site must be fully responsive so it looks and behaves the same on phones, tablets, and large desktops.

Core section
• Projects – a flexible grid or list that highlights each build with a thumbnail, short tech-stack note, and links out to the live site or GitHub repo. Filtering or tagging by technology would be a plus, but keep the layout minimal and code well-structured so I can add an About Me or Contact page later without a redesign.

Technical expectations
– Hand-coded HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern JavaScript (React or vanilla JS is fine; no heavy frameworks unless they directly improve load time).
– Mobile-first styling, semantic markup, basic on-page SEO, and accessibility best practices (alt text, keyboard navigation).
– Smooth scroll, subtle hover effects, and compressed assets for quick performance.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional responsive site.
2. Source files with clear, commented code.
3. Deployment instructions (Netlify, Vercel, or plain hosting).

I’ll provide project images and copy; you handle design, build, and polish. Let me know any questions about style or tooling before you start.
