My business needs a modern, clean website that functions flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. The main objective is lead generation, so every page should guide visitors toward two key actions: filling out a contact form and signing up for our newsletter.

Scope of work
– Five core pages: Home, About Us, Services, Contact, plus a legally required footer.
– Lightweight, fast-loading code with intuitive navigation and mobile-first responsiveness.
– On-page SEO best practices (semantic HTML, meta tags, structured data where helpful, and search-friendly URLs).
– Accessible, standards-compliant design (WCAG 2.1 AA where practical).
– Integration of a customizable contact form and newsletter opt-in (Mailchimp or similar—happy to discuss).
– Deployment assistance: I’ll need the complete source code in a well-organized repository, setup on my hosting, and a quick walkthrough so I can manage basic updates myself.

Timeline
