Google Ads has paused every campaign on the grounds of “destination error – URL not working,” yet the site loads perfectly for users and my host can’t see any server-side fault. Google’s own crawl test, however, is failing for the entire site.
I need an experienced WordPress troubleshooter who can dig into the core of the problem, pinpoint why Googlebot cannot render the site, and implement a clean fix. No recent changes have been deployed, and the site is largely multimedia-driven (images and videos embedded throughout), so I’m looking for someone who understands how themes, plugins, robots.txt, sitemaps, caching layers, CDNs, and core web vitals interplay with Google’s crawler.
Deliverables
• Identify the exact crawl issue and provide a brief report outlining the root cause.
• Apply the necessary code, configuration, or server-side adjustments to resolve it.
• Validate the repair by getting the URL Inspection tool in Search Console to return “URL is on Google” and reinstate campaign eligibility.
Acceptance will be based on a successful crawl test screenshot and restoration of ad delivery status.
