Critical Error Resolution (Database, CSRF, Mailer, Email Loops) in osTicket v1.18.2
**Project Description:**
We require an expert osTicket programmer and server administrator to diagnose and resolve a series of recurring errors affecting the stability, communication flow, and database access of our support platform at https://ayuda.gradeco.com.co/
The platform is hosted on Hostinger. Server and application credentials will be provided exclusively to the freelancer once the project is awarded.
**Current Technical Environment:**
* **osTicket Version:** v1.18.2
* **MySQL Version:** 11.8.9
* **PHP Version:** 8.1.34
* **Infrastructure:** Hosted on Hostinger (srv1205.main-hosting.eu)[cite: 3] under the subdomain ayuda.gradeco.com.co.
* **Configuration Alerts:** The system indicates the missing PHP extension `APCu` and suggests reviewing the `cgi.fix_pathinfo` parameter.
**Registered Errors to Resolve:**
1. **osTicket Fatal Error (Database):** Receiving system alerts indicating "Database error — Operation not permitted". Execution permissions and blocked queries need to be reviewed.
2. **Invalid CSRF Token __CSRFToken__:** Constant generation of system log warnings originating from multiple IP addresses.
3. **Email Loop Detected:** Critical errors associated with receiving automated emails that are generating infinite response cycles.

**Candidate Requirements:**
* Advanced and demonstrable experience in osTicket core (specifically versions 1.17+ and 1.18+).

* Experience diagnosing email protocols (IMAP/POP3, SMTP, OAuth2) and preventing auto-responders/loops.
* Ability to operate under corporate standards, delivering definitive solutions with agile response times.
**Expected Deliverables:**
1. Correction of the fatal database error ("Operation not permitted") and stabilization of connections.
2. Audit and correction of PHP parameters (`APCu` and `cgi.fix_pathinfo`).
3. Root-cause resolution to prevent CSRF Token invalidation.
4. Reconfiguration of incoming/outgoing emails to eliminate loops and ensure Mailer functionality.
