Resolve Plesk Database Exception

I run several sites on a Plesk-controlled VPS and a recurring database-related exception is starting to impact uptime. The error appears while Plesk tries to communicate with the database layer, causing some sites to time-out and the control panel to display generic SQL errors.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Investigation & root-cause diagnosis of the exception inside Plesk (logs, configuration, service status).
• Repair or re-configuration of the database service so the control panel and hosted sites connect reliably.
• Clear summary of the steps you took, along with any configuration files or SQL commands you modified, so I can track future changes.

I’ll provide SSH and Plesk admin access as soon as we agree on the start time. Once the fix is confirmed, I’ll run my usual site checks and consider the task complete when no errors surface for 24 hours.
