Resolve Node.js Docker App's Port Issue

I've got a small Node.js app that's already dockerized someone else set that part up for me a while back, and it mostly works. The problem is I keep getting a "port 8080 is already in use" error every time I run docker compose up on my Windows machine.
I don't need anyone touching the actual application I just need this port thing sorted so I can get it running locally again.
I honestly never checked whether my own .env matches it properly. Might be worth a quick look while you're in there, but that's secondary.

What I need is for you to figure out what's currently using port 8080 or work around it, get docker compose up running cleanly, and do a quick sanity check of my .env against the example file. Once that's sorted, I just need to confirm that the app actually loads in the browser.
