Resolve Meta Advertising Access Restriction

Meta Advertising Account Restriction — Recovery / Appeal Assistance

I’m looking for an experienced Meta/Facebook advertising specialist who can help me investigate and, if possible, resolve a Meta advertising access restriction on my personal Facebook account.

Meta currently shows:

Your Advertising Access is Restricted. You're no longer allowed to use Meta technologies to advertise. You can't run ads, manage advertising assets, or create new ad accounts or business portfolios.”

Because of this restriction, I’m unable to:

Create or manage advertising accounts
Create a Business Portfolio
Use certain Meta Business tools
Manage advertising assets normally

I would like someone who has **real experience dealing with Meta advertising restrictions, disabled ad accounts, Business Manager restrictions, and Meta appeals/reviews.

What I need

Please:

1. Review the current restriction and determine what caused it, if possible.
