My Liftoff app-install campaigns keep getting rejected with an “account, payment, or verification” flag, and the spend on both Liftoff and Yandex Ads has become erratic. I first need the Liftoff rejection removed and the account fully verified so the ads can start running again.
Once Liftoff is stable, I’d like you to audit the Yandex setup, pinpoint why budgets are being wasted, and adjust targeting, creatives, or bidding so performance improves instead of stalling.
Please come in, review the dashboards, fix the Liftoff compliance issue, then optimise the Yandex campaigns. I’ll consider the job complete when:
• Liftoff approves the campaigns and they begin delivering impressions
• Yandex spend aligns with the set KPIs without slipping back into rejection or low-performance status
Access to both ad accounts will be provided immediately after kickoff.
