Resolve G2A Payment to SoulGen

My recent top-up on G2A was intended to purchase credits for SoulGen, but the funds never appeared in my SoulGen account. I need someone experienced with G2A’s customer-care process to phone their support team on my behalf, open a case, and keep me updated until the money is either forwarded to SoulGen or refunded.

You will have everything required to verify the transaction: the G2A transaction ID, the confirmation email, and a clear screenshot of the payment details. I will share these the moment we start so you can relay them accurately to the support rep.

Important note: Emails to SoulGen Support are currently not going through. This should be considered when discussing the issue with G2A.

Your task is to:
• Place the call to G2A support.
• Explain that the payment hasn’t reached SoulGen and provide the documents I supply.
• Secure a ticket or reference number and a clear statement of next steps or timeline.
• Report back to me with a concise summary of the call and any follow-up actions G2A requests.

The work is complete once I receive written confirmation from you that G2A has either pushed the credits through to SoulGen or processed a refund, along with any official communication you obtain from them.
