Resolve Facebook Listing Takedown Issue

Every time I publish a text & image listing on my Facebook page it survives only a few minutes to hours before Facebook removes it with the notice, “This Listing Goes Against Our Rules. ” I never receive any further clarification, so I’m stuck guessing what triggers the takedown and how to keep future posts live.

I’m looking for someone who understands Facebook’s Community Standards and Marketplace policies inside out. I’ll provide sample copies of the exact posts, screenshots of the removal message, and any metadata you need. In return I need:

I'm posting post looking for a roommate; I've done it at least a dozen times in the past. For some reason it's getting flagged & taken down as 'this listing may go against our rules'. I have no idea why.
